Work with Amber

You can have it all- without the pressure of the grind

Everything you’ve done has been intentional.

You followed the steps you were supposed to take to get the life you wanted.

The title. The influence. The life that looks exactly the way you designed it. It hasn’t been easy though. You’ve relied on discipline and maintaining excellence- success has been rooted in an internal drive most people will never understand, let alone match.

And you continue to make things happen. That part hasn’t changed.

But something else has.

The pushing feels heavier than it used to. You're second-guessing decisions you used to make without hesitation. You’re forcing open doors that should already be open to you.

And in the small moments between the packed calendar and the commitments, in the quiet you rarely allow yourself sit in, you can feel it.

No matter how much you refine your strategy or optimize your approach- there’s still a large part of you that your strategy cannot touch.

And that part is running the show.

What’s standing between you and Her?

You’ve invested in the work that mattered: in therapy, in coaching, and in spaces that were right for the season.

The reality of the strategies that built this version of you are the same ones holding you hostage.

They rely on effort.
On control.
On being the one who holds everything together- always.

You didn’t come this far to just exist in the life you intentionally designed. You didn't sacrifice what you sacrificed just to feel limited by your own success. You expected freedom.

The truth is freedom doesn’t come from more discipline.

It comes from releasing the current version of you who learned to succeed through pressure. It means becoming the woman who doesn’t push her way through life- but leads from truth, from sacred alignment, and from certainty that doesn’t waver.

That freedom isn’t found in better strategy.

It’s found in your identity.

Your identity can either be your cage OR your pathway to freedom

When you’re feeling caged- mentally, financially, or spiritually- it's because you're living inside an identity and reality that no longer belongs to you. You've outgrown it, but you're still calling it home.

It feels safe because it’s familiar- but familiar doesn’t mean aligned. It means that it’s tolerated. It’s been accepted. It means you’ve quietly decided what’s possible for you- and its loudly showing up in every area of your life.

That misalignment becomes your cage.

It's what keeps you cycling through the same patterns. Shrinking when you should be expanding. Hesitating when life is handing you exactly what you asked for.

You know the moment- an opportunity lands in your lap, undeniable, perfectly timed, yet something in you whispers: "I'm not ready. I can't do that." So you push it away.

But what if you said yes?

What if the only thing standing between you and the life you actually want is the story you keep telling yourself about who you are?

That's what this is about. Saying yes to the things that light you all the way up and then turning the volume all the way up with it.

I'm not here to help you cope with the cage. I'm here to dismantle it from the ground up- so you’ll know what freedom actually looks and feels like- without walls, without limits, and without the weight of who you used to be.

Freedom comes from shedding what no longer serves you and fully embracing the identity God placed inside you before the world told you who to be.

It’s about remembering who you are at the core- this is where your freedom lives.

Together we’ll uncover what your life looks like beyond the cage:

  • You don’t hustle to prove yourself. You no longer need external validation to confirm what you already know about who you are.

  • You don’t overextend yourself to chase the next opportunity. The right ones find you, and you recognize them when they arrive.

  • You speak your truth- always. Without editing yourself to be more palatable.

  • You act with certainty. You know exactly what you want and you don’t apologize for it.

  • You don’t outsource questions you already know the answers to. You trust the quiet knowing within you.

  • You know what has been dropped into your spirit and you take action. Without delay. Without negotiation.

  • You clearly hear God’s voice above the noise that demands your time and attention. And His voice becomes the only voice that leads you.

All this becomes possible when you examine the patterns that have built your cage and dismantle them.

Not shift them. Not cope with them. Dismantle them.

Because on the other side of this experience you become an upleveled version of who you are now. More anchored. More certain.

You move differently. You think differently. You make decisions clearly, consistently, and without hesitation because you're no longer choosing from fear. You're choosing from freedom.

Meeting God in the gap

There’s a gap between who you’ve been and who you know God has called you to be.

And this gap keeps widening because your life has reinforced that you have to keep pushing instead of surrendering to the Sacred in the stillness.

Closing the gap doesn’t require more pushing- it’s about connection to God and self leadership.

It’s knowing with certainty what has been placed in you by God.

It’s allowing the truth that needs to be spoken to rise to the surface.

It’s where the patterns that have been shaping your decisions finally come into full view so they lose their authority over you.

This is what identity recalibration at the soul level looks like.

Where you’re no longer relating to your life from old identities, but you’re anchored in the One who formed you. Ready to live. Ready to embrace your full identity.

This work is personal.

I did everything right. Good grades. A master's degree. Built a career serving others.

Although it looked like I had everything- I still felt empty. Happiness was temporary. Everything felt hard.

What I eventually discovered was that underneath all of it, I believed I was a mistake. And even though I knew that wasn't true, that belief was quietly shaping every aspect of my life. I desperately wanted to feel differently, but I couldn’t shake it. Everyday felt like a confirmation of the belief that I was a mistake and I didn’t deserve to thrive.

I didn’t believe that I could have what I wanted. I moved through life making safe choices and then looked back with regret. I allowed others to dictate what was possible for me. I let them convince me that my standards were too high. I settled in relationships because someone chose me, not because I chose them. I lost myself trying to be chosen.

I couldn’t help but think- how was this my life when I had done everything I was supposed to?

Where it all started

My parents made sure to provide me with the best opportunities, but that wasn’t enough to shield me from the beliefs that I was forming based on my life experiences.

Throughout my life I was one of a few black girls in a primarily white school. I didn't belong- but I desperately wanted to. While other kids were focusing on the curriculum, I was trying to understand why God had made me this way. Why did I have to be different?

These moments launched me into years of proving my worth, a deep depression, and anger that caused a rift between God and I. Every decision I made- how I showed up, how I led, how I loved- was shaped by that little girl who believed she wasn't enough.

When it all changed

It wasn't until I got serious about my own healing that things began to shift. I didn't want my life to be controlled by that scared little girl anymore. So I went back- back to who I was before the experiences, before I felt the world said I should be different, before I learned to shrink myself to make myself more palatable.

I found the fire within me that had been waiting to be unleashed. And God met me in that sacred space, and for the first time, I felt the fullness of the power He had placed within me.

I came back to life. My inner world no longer shifted when life did. I remembered who I was and I could feel it before anyone could see it. My reality began to reflect the power within me and when others started to see it too, I realized I wasn't concerned with their approval anymore.

Aligned relationships followed. Aligned opportunities dropped into my lap. I was in a place where I was ready to receive the blessings God designed for me. Things became easy not because life stopped happening, but because I was rooted. At peace. Connected to God and the power that had been within me all along.

This journey became my calling

To help women like you- women who have built everything and still feel caged remember who they are. To help you find God in the gap. To walk with you into the freedom, abundance, and joy that has always belonged to you.

It took me years to get here. But that doesn't have to be your story.

Welcome to Expansion

The Experience

This is a private, one-on-one experience that is highly intentional and personalized.

It’s been specifically designed for the woman who’s done collecting perspectives. She's not looking for another framework, another strategy, or another set of tools to manage the life she's already outgrown.

She’s ready for a complete overhaul in how she sees herself, how she leads, and how she moves through her life.

She’s ready for an identity reset at the soul level.

  • We identify the patterns and internal narratives that have been quietly running the show- the ones that influence how you lead, decide, and relate, whether you realize it or not.

You don’t just become aware of them- you see exactly how they’ve shaped your life and why they’ve persisted.

And once they’re fully seen, they can’t be unseen. This is the start of them losing their grip.

  • This is where you close the gap.

Not through force. Not through strategy.

It’s finally seeing what has been sitting beneath the surface. You’re no longer reacting to your life- you’re responding from the version of yourself that is no longer shaped by misalignment.

You stop bracing. You stop managing.

This allows something to settle within your spirit, like a deep exhale.

  • You're no longer preparing to step into your next level- now you're living from it.

Leading from wholeness. Choosing freely. Moving through the world uncaged. Fully experiencing who you are.

You walk into rooms differently because you are rooted in your own energy. You make decisions differently because you know exactly what you want and you aren’t afraid to go after it. You’re connected with God and yourself in a way that allows you to lead with confidence and certainty.

The Process

Who this experience is for:

This is for the woman who’s already successful- and knows she hasn’t reached her full capacity, but feels constricted by her current circumstances.

You are decisive. You are self-aware. You know the weight of your own influence and carry it with intention.

You don’t need to be convinced.

You simply need the right environment, a sacred container, and a trusted guide who has the expertise to hold you within this powerful space.

You’re not here to be optimized. You’re here to be unleashed and that requires releasing the identity that made you successful so you can step into the identity that sets you free.

This will move you outside of what's comfortable and ground you in something far more stable than discipline or willpower.

This allows choice and infinite possibility to stop being something you chase and simply become who you are.

Will this feel comfortable? No.

Will it feel expansive? Yes.

Will it be the pathway to the life you have always known was meant for you? Absolutely.

You’re ready. It’s time to be the person God sees and fully become Her.

The Invitation

This is not just another opportunity. This is a soul calling.

It’s an invitation to expand into the version of yourself that has always been free- and is ready to live like it.

You’re no longer available for just enough. You know there is so much more available to you. And you know, deep in your spirit, that this is exactly what you need to experience the freedom that is found in abundance. In God. In self leadership.

You’ve always known.
